B&W Black & White, monotone and sepia

Peter, I really like this! The blurred motion and the high contrast black and white worked out wonderfully! Was it initially an HDR that you turned into a B&W?

I think it's both cool and well done.

Hyubie, I really like your photograph very much - I can imagine it as a still from a movie. Very moving, austere and the feeling of being alone out there is so strong. Where are the other children?
 
England can be a strange place, BB ... these festivals pop up all over the place ... I remember driving through a place called Landford in Wiltshire, taking a shortcut, only to find scarecrows by the road every few yards .. and even weirder and more disturbing ones than chrisitilou's

Hi BB, I appreciate the kind words.

I actually don't know where the other kids are, being summer and all! :) I think it is kind of sad when there are no kids playing outside on a bright summer day, so I thought of capturing the mood. I was lucky my daughter sort of bowed her head at that moment - I thought it added to the gloominess of the scene.
