A very X System Wedding

    I used an XT1 and X100s for a wedding last week. Lenses used were 56mm 1.2, Kit 18-55mm 2.8-4 and 55-200mm for ceremony shots.

    The last B&W show where the groom is dipping the bride, did you use the Brenizer Method? What did you shoot that one with?

    I love your style!

    This one has a dimensionality to it reminiscent of an old film studio set, the way the bride and groom stand out from the flat background.

    The second to last one, again the women stand out from the flat background (same lens?) I just love how the colors are muted yet attractive.

    I guess I should add that I've been hanging around here a while, and these images forced me to finally start posting

    Well, two things. Firstly those are cracking shots. The 56 has a signature that I am increasingly learning to recognise. Secondly, welcome to Mooly - posting is more fun than lurking any day ;) that name implies a Leica connection...?
