The only word I think I can use is "rich". I love them.

Could you please comment on your Post-processing?
    Your images are gorgeous...
if printed on canvas they could rival paint!
Please let us know what you did to your images to achieve this look!
    Thanks!

I'm trying to put words to the process or workflow that causes my photographs to look three dimensional. I use three Plug-in software packages that reach this effect, Nik Software's Vivesa 2, Topaz Software's Clarity and OnOne Software's Perfect Effects. Vivesa 2 allows local control over Structure while Clarity controls edge contrast and punch. The combination of the two gives a richness and sharpness that is finished off with just the right amount of sharpening using OnOne's Perfect Effects Sharpening tool. Water drops on the petal jump off the flower at that point.

Thanks for sharing Bob - I just dropped in to say I agree with BBW: these are fantastic. They jump off the page!

Besides post-processing, are you using flash or light modifiers at all when taking these? I love the crispness and rich color, the first one in particular.

I haven't fired a flash in 20 years. I prefer available light which is why I buy light sensitive cameras like the Nikon D7000, D800 & now the fuji X-E1. Everything is handheld as well.
