Fuji vs Leica

    To understand the differences between and relative benefits of the Leica M series and the Fuji X series takes more than one lens and an hour or two. I have owned and used Leica Ms for over twenty years and will always have one - or two. I have also, in recent years, invested more in Fuji than in Leica.

    There are reasons for the price difference and it's not just about the output.

    To paraphrase Luke, "want what you have, don't have what you want". Be happy with your cameras.

    Regarding Gene's shots I'd be fine with the output from almost any camera there is today. Some tweaking in PS, if at all and there you go. As to the Monochrome for my own B&W stuff the lack of colors from that cameras output would be rather limiting than supportive, even though I feel like shooting some rolls of TriX these days but that's a different story and an itch that can be relieved much cheaper :biggrin_old:
