For US folks, the current exchange rate makes it cheaper to buy in Canada.

Something very wrong when Canadian prices are lower, but I jumped on the 35 anyway.

My local dealer notified me of the lower prices effective here on Feb 9, and let me take the lens yesterday and will "ring it up" on Monday.
I've been wanting the 27 but not for $450.
$250 seems to be about right for that lens.
I think it's very good at that price.

Not all prices are the same between the US and Canada sales. A few are higher by 50 bucks, some are lower.
Plus the exchange rate as mentioned above!

must be nice. i have to wait till tomorrow. and i'll be ordering from b&h to avoid taxes. so, it's actually $200 off, not $250, right?

the chart that was provided on fujirumors doesn't make sense how everyone is saying $250 off. i see it as $200 off.

What you're lookin' at is a dealer IR list. One price is the IR to the customer and the other is the reimbursement to the dealer. ie 250 IR to customer and dealer gets back 200.

so, that would mean, the customer will be paying $200 for the xf 27mm?

sounded like capodave will be paying $250.

edit: went on b&h app, and no deal. checked fujirumors site for anything new. nothing. checked b&h, again. ordered! $199, shipped.

Just got my 23mm from Henry's today. I ordered it last Friday so shipping was pretty quick.
I saved a good amount below the US rebated price as Canada's price is 50 bucks lower and the exchange rate drops it further.

My 14mm has been my favorite Fuji lens, it looks like the 23 is going to give it some competition!

i'll eventually make the xf23 part of my arsenal.

i thought about getting my xf27 from henry's, but it wasn't till later on in the day, sunday. since those lenses were selling like hotcakes, lots of dealers were selling out, quick. i didn't want to have to wait.

so, henry's had their sale before the US deals?

The rebates aren't limited to just Henry's. They are available at all Canada Fuji dealers. I've had good luck with Henry's but the other dealers are good as well.

The Canada rebates started before the current US promotion. Does anyone know when the Canada lens rebates expire? Currently the X-E2 is on promo in Canada and will begin in the US in March.

Canadian XF lens rebates expire 2/28

Yes, their customer service and shipping are very good.

BTW, I emailed them to see when the current Canadian lens rebates and they replied promptly with the expiration date of February 28.

It's weird that the prices are higher at The Camera Store. I'd figure that the prices within a country should be all the same if Fuji is the one giving the instant rebates.
