Hello. Classically trained photojournalist back in the days of film (80's; shot mainly with Canon and Nikon). Started experimenting with digital cameras in the early 2000; Canon and Nikon. Switched over completely to Nikon by 2009/10. Freelance sports, documentary, and wildlife conservation. Used Fuji film stock entirely in my 25+ years of experience, and missed it dearly when I switched to digital. Was never the type who purchases 1st generation cameras; I like to wait it out for the 2nd or 3rd generation incarnation; like to get all the bugs out. But I do rent and experiment with gear before making my final decision in investing in a system. Absolutely adore my X100T and looking forward to picking up the X-T2. Fujifilm systems may not fully replace my Nikon D4s and Df bodies/lenses; but it's a joy to have a small grab and go system while traveling.
