Out today with the X100s and grabbed a few landscapes with the intention of making them B&W
As usual, very well done, thanks.
Thanks for the feedback.
I see the weatherman is saying the wet stuff is due to revisit us this coming weekend!! Still, it could make for some good landscapes with angry skies.
You're the landscape king, Ian! Looking forward to more...and strictly from a selfish point of view, I like the B&W because I can fool myself into thinking you're still as cold as we are here in the northeastern USA. ;-)
Weather is very changeable here, we have had some lovely sunny weather lately but the Jet Stream has moved again and we are due for colder, wetter windy weather again so once more into the wet windy breach this weekend to capture some images hopefully with challenging skies.
I am finding that the X100s delivers better IQ (albeit small) and is certainly sharper out of camera than my old X100 (still a brilliant camera that has gone to a good home).
Great camera for landscape!!
Just saw these - LOVE the tree-lined lane!
Ah yes, "the wet and windy breach" indeed! We're expecting the same up here.
Wind in the willows!! ooooh errrr missus
