I've been hoping to see an X series thread that's devoted to skylines. So I thought I might as well start one and see if it'll pick up.

What I thought also would be helpful is if members post where exactly their shot was taken. God knows how many times I've seen a shot but couldn't figure out where exactly it was taken from.

Starting off with a few from the past month since acquiring my trusty tripod...

    New York
    View from Brooklyn Bridge Park

View from Gantry Plaza State Park in Queens

View from Hamilton Park, Weehawken, NJ

    View from Adler Planetarium

View from under the Roebling Bridge, Kentucky side (Covington, KY)

Same place except this time with fireworks (around 11:30pm every Friday night when the Cincinnati Reds have a home game)

View from Joe's Crabshack, Bellevue, KY

View from Devou Park (near the golf course), Covington, KY (best view during fall and winter that way the shrubs aren't obstructing your view)

View from the parking lot of the Comfort Suites Inn in Bellevue, KY

Night photo of Circular Quay in Sydney, Australia from last March. The first week I had my X-T1. I really enjoy the XF14mm lens.
