    What is wisdom. Waiting for the 18-135 mm or 55-200 buy. In the possession of the 18-55 mm

    Hi Frank.

    Wisdom is what works for you, and you alone.

    The 18-55 + 55-200 is a cracking twin lens set. The 18-135 duplicates much of the former's focal-lengths so personally I would either replace the 18-55 with the 18-135 and be done with it, or I would add the 55-200.

    It all hinges on a) what and how you shoot and b) what body you are putting them on.

    Ultimately it is your choice, and a very personal one.

    Keep 18-55 -> buy 55-200
    Don't keep 18-55 -> buy 18-135

    Thanks for the comments. Optically speaking, the 18-55 and 55-200 a class combination. And focal length is always too short. In doing so you lose also money again selling the 18-55 mm. I think I have made my choice and go for the 55-200 mm.
